About this riding club
Horse Garden Churan is Okinawa’s only horse rescue ranch.
Horses abandoned in the prefecture and horses retired from riding or racing elsewhere in Japan spend a peaceful retirement here.
Founded in 2021 through crowdfunding supported by approximately 600 people, Churan continues its work thanks to dedicated volunteers and donations from supporters.
Although it is a small family-run ranch, we are grateful for support from many different people and give our all every day to save as many lives as possible. Please feel free to stop by.
