About this riding club

Conveniently located about five minutes by car from Sano-Fujioka Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway. Since opening, the club has emphasized one-to-one instruction, making each lesson meaningful and substantial rather than simply increasing the number of rides. Facilities include a large arena, turnout areas and comfortable stables. Drawing on many years of experience, staff check every horse’s body and condition daily and continually provide appropriate exercise, training, dietary adjustment, grooming and handling. At monthly shoeing, the farrier is informed about each horse’s gait and condition so that careful adjustments can be made. Regular members use school horses trained to stop when the rider loses balance, helping riders trust their horses during lessons. Trail rides sometimes take place at nearby Watarase Retarding Basin.
